About initial defects
・While we make every effort to ensure quality, please contact us immediately if the product is badly stained or scratched (including defects during shipping) at the email below. Please attach a photo of the damaged or defective part, and we will check the situation and respond as soon as possible.

About long-term absence / refusal of receipt
