Shouryu is a new brand created by one of ten remaining craftsmen in entire Japan capable of making Buddhist Orin bells. The modern Suzugami plates and bowls are made of tin, which are hammered to be malleable so that constantly be reshaped. Suzugami series are sought out by notable Nobu, Narisawa restautants among others.
The smallest 11x11 can be used not only as a dish plate, but also for placing hand towels or condiments. You can also use it as a chopstick rest or cutlery rest by folding the corners.
